What types of emails are sent to customers?

We have 5 types of emails that are sent to customers as and when required. Let's look at each of them.
1. Points Earned: When customers earn points a mail will be sent to notify them about the same.
2. Points Redeemed: Each time a customer redeems points for coupons they will be sent a mail with the coupon code.
3. Birthday: customers get points on their birthday and a special mail.
4. Friend Received Referral: new customers that signup with a referral are given a coupon and a mail is sent with the code.
5. Referral Completed: When a referral makes his/her first purchase on your store, the referrer/advocate will be rewarded a coupon.
